Submitting Military, CLEP or Other Documents
As part of completing the admission process or the transfer credit evaluation process, you may be asked to submit documents showing proof of military training (unless coursework was taken through an academic institution), CLEP/DSST exams, and certifications. Send forms to:

If emailing, please send only jpg, .gif, .pdf, or .tiff files. Do not send us Word documents or documents copied and pasted into the body of an email.
Documents faxed or emailed directly to us are processed and posted within one business day.
Please include your student ID number in all email requests and on fax cover sheets.
