This course will explore learning theories and provide an overview of implementation strategies for enhancing student academic performance and assisting them with goal achievement. Research on learning and development will be reviewed. Ways to assess the quality of these efforts will be discussed as a means of determining the effectiveness of academic advising initiatives and their impact on student learning and success.
