The student will be able to understand the fundamental principles related to structural fire protection, building furnishings, and fire protection systems. physical properties of the three states of matter. The components and dynamics of fire, the process of burning, suppression agents and strategies, and the methods and techniques of fire extinguishment will be covered in the course.
