Jeremy W. FrancisProfessor Francis maintains a solid background in the field of Homeland Security and Criminal Justice. He is a direct participant in the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC). Consistently exceeding agency expectations and statistical accomplishments on criminal and counterterrorism investigations, Professor Francis is experienced in coordinating large-scale international investigations and operations.
