The History degree from AMU provides the working knowledge students will need to succeed across a broad range of career paths, including academia, education and research, military, communications, business, or advocacy. A significant portion of students will take a history degree and apply it to further their education with other study (such as law or medical school). Amateur historians or museum personnel can also benefit from a degree in History. Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to join the Society for Military History.
