Payments Accepted from International Students
This article provides payment guidelines for our international students who live outside of the U.S.
Payment is due when you register for courses. All tuition and fees must be paid in U.S. dollars. To view the current conversion rates, please visit http://www.xe.com/ucc/convert.cgi.
We accept credit cards or checks (bank drafts) at checkout during course registration. Your credit card or bank card must be issued by a U.S., Canadian, or U.K. owned bank (or other banks who participate in the bank verification system). We do not accept wire transfers or telegraphic transactions.
We will also accept a money order as payment, but you will not be able to complete online course registration. If you plan to pay with a money order, please email our registrar's office at firstname.lastname@example.org to manually register you for class. You will be asked to send your money order by postal mail to:
Attn: Student Accounts
111 W. Congress St.
Charles Town, WV 25414
