After successfully completing this course, you will be able to:

1. Explain how different management theories apply to leadership in a hospitality organization

2. Apply leadership strategies to real world situations to solve issues within an organization

3. Describe how specific hospitality data tools are used within the hospitality industry

4. Analyze the changes that have occurred within the hospitality industry as a result of laws and regulations

5. Analyze how a leader in the hospitality industry has influenced your personal leadership style
