The Diplomatic Security Special Agents Association (DSSAA) and American Military University (AMU) have partnered to provide educational opportunities to DSSAA members and their families. AMU offers an online learning experience that is driven by faculty who have real-world experience and the knowledge to equip you with the skills needed to face today’s challenges. Many of our instructors are current or former leaders in business, national security, and law enforcement. They work hard to make sure that our programs are in alignment with industry trends and are tailored to provide career-relevant education.
200+ Degree and Certificate Programs: including bachelor’s and master’s programs such as, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Management, Public Administration, Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, and Emergency and Disaster Management, Homeland Security, as well as doctoral programs in Global Security and Strategic Intelligence.
Tuition Grant & Tech Fee Waiver: Those eligible to participate in DSSAA, as well as their family members, receive a tuition grant and technology fee waiver for every course.

Book Grant: Undergraduate students earning academic credit will receive textbooks and ebooks at no charge.
Transfer Credit Friendly: AMU awards credit at no cost for POST-certified public safety academies, military training, previous college coursework, select in-service training programs, and professional certifications.
