  • Each National Guard service branch has a slightly different process for TA
  • However, the first 4 steps are the same as the process outlined earlier

    • Apply and get accepted to our university
    • Complete the orientation and print orientation certificate
    • Register for classes
    • Meet with your ESO (Education Service Officer)
  • Consult the National Guard portals for the forms you need to complete the remaining steps

  • Fax or email a scanned copy of your approved, completed TA form

    • Fax: 304-724-3781 or toll-free 866-755-8763
    • E-mail to ta@apus.edu
    • If the Ed Center faxes the paperwork for you, please confirm that it has been completed
    • Do not send the Application for Tuition Assistance; this is not the approved form
