Grant Disbursement
- Once approved, your Federal Financial Aid package is generally awarded based on an academic year, paid in two disbursements, once each semester
- Once the financial aid package is approved and accepted by you, you will be given access to the classroom. (Classrooms do not open until the first day of class)
- You must log into all of your course classrooms during your first week of class
- Disbursements aren’t released until your entrance to your classrooms has been confirmed
- Pell fund eligibility may be affected for students who are dropped from any courses due to non-attendance
- Pell Grant disbursements to the university usually take a minimum of 14 days from the beginning of the semester
