Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Friends Club
The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender (GLBT), and Friends chapter promotes awareness, education, and diversity among the university's community members. GLBT and Friends support those of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender sexual orientation, helping members to meet the social, cultural, health, and political advocacy needs to become community models of the future.
Membership & Fees
Benefits include: Working together to create a safe place that facilitates dialogue, builds community, and works towards gaining visibility through active leadership, pride, and campus involvement.
Membership fee: $0.
Process: To join GLBT, complete an application!
Note: Membership is available to students and alumni interested in supporting GLBT and Friends.
If you are currently a member of GLBT, your group is active in ClearPath.
To access ClearPath, log into the student ecampus and click the ClearPath link in the top blue menu bar. Then click the Communities tab and Explore Communities to locate your organization’s member community.
The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Friends Club has achieved BRONZE standing, per the university's Chapter Standards Program. Bronze standing demonstrates a notable level of chapter involvement and denotes excellence in chapter leadership and member engagement.
