Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Friends Club

 

The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender (GLBT), and Friends chapter promotes awareness, education, and diversity among the university's community members. GLBT and Friends support those of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender sexual orientation, helping members to meet the social, cultural, health, and political advocacy needs to become community models of the future.

Membership & Fees

Benefits include: Working together to create a safe place that facilitates dialogue, builds community, and works towards gaining visibility through active leadership, pride, and campus involvement.

Membership fee: $0

Note: Membership is available to students and alumni interested in supporting GLBT and Friends.

Chapter Standing

The Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Friends Club has achieved GOLD standing, per the university's Chapter Standards Program. Gold standing demonstrates the highest level of chapter involvement and denotes excellence in chapter leadership and member engagement.

Eligibility

Membership is available year-round to students and alumni interested in supporting and conversing with the GLBT community in a proactive and positive manner. If you are interested in actively participating in the GLBT and Friends group, access the application on the organization’s group page in The Quad.

Current Members

If you are currently a member of GLBT and Friends, your chapter is active on The Quad. Join today!

To access The Quad, login to the ecampus. The Quad link is located on the lower right-hand side of the page, under the Student Services quick links. The GLBT and Friends group page can be found under the Connect tab, in Clubs.
