Willie joined AMU team in March of 2003 after retiring as a Command Sergeant Major with 27 years of service in the Army.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education and Health Services from Wayland Baptist University, then completed a Master of Arts in Health Services Management, and an MBA from Webster University.

Currently he is pursuing his Ph.D. from North Central University.
