Rachel serves as an AMU Education Coordinator in Hawaii. Prior to joining the team, Rachel spent two years as a test examiner with Army education, and served three years as a Navy College Education Counselor at Pearl Harbor, HI.

She has more than eight years of teaching experience in grade levels pre-K through 12, and she received her bachelor's degree from Goucher College in 1985.

Rachel was a Navy spouse for 22 years and her family has raised two daughters and hosted 12 long-term foreign exchange students.
