AMU and the Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership
AMU is now a participant school which allows sailors to pursue rating-relevant degrees in the Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership (NCPDLP) to provide educational opportunities leading to associate and baccalaureate degrees to serve Sailors worldwide with distance learning platforms.
AMU AND SOCNAV
American Military University (AMU) joins the schools offering degree programs in support of the Servicemember Opportunity Colleges Navy Degree Network System (SOCNAV), a system of college curriculum networks designed by SOC for Navy Servicemembers and their adult family members.
As part of SOCNAV, colleges have agreed to accept each other's courses in a particular program of study. Students can move freely among the colleges in a network without having to worry about whether or not major related courses will transfer. Visit our detailed SOCNAV Degree Network System page for more information on the program.
AMU's Education Coordinators help students at more than 125 U.S. bases including Norfolk NS, Oceana NAS, Bethesda Navy Hospital, Jacksonville NAS, Pearl Harbor, San Diego NS, and many others
