Our students are pursuing degrees in over 30 fields including homeland security, intelligence studies, business administration, history, psychology and criminal justice.

First, new courses start monthly, because we know your personal commitments don’t always align with a traditional semester schedule. Second, we offer 8 and 16 week sessions for many classes, so you have the option to take more intense, 8-week courses when your schedule allows.

| AFFORDABLE - Book grant:
If you’re pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, textbooks will be provided to you at no cost through our Undergraduate Book Grant.
- Modest tuition:
Earning your degree at AMU fits your budget. You’ll pay only $250 per credit hour for undergraduate courses and $300 per credit hour for graduate courses. Most AMU courses are 3 credit hour courses.*
- Federal Student Aid Accepted:
Federal Student Aid is available to those who qualify.
- Transfer Credits Accepted:
We will accept up to 90 transfer credits toward a bachelor’s degree and 15 toward a master’s degree, which includes CCAF and ACE evaluated training, CLEP and DANTES DSST tests, and academy and continuing education programs.
*Tuition for graduate courses beginning April 2010 and beyond is $300 per credit hour.
