Robin Berenson
Program Director
Ed.D.: Argosy University

Robin Berenson

Dr. Robin Berenson received her EdD in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University-Sarasota, her MS in Human Resource Development from Towson University, and her BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Additionally, she is a Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC). Dr. Berenson's dissertation focused on Emotional Intelligence as a predictor for success in online learning.

Dr. Berenson developed and implemented a leadership development program for Spartanburg Community College. Her work experience spans multiple disciplines which include academia, health care, human resources, business, and management. She is a member of the speaker's bureau and has spoken on topics such as leadership, teams, online learning, service learning, and organizational development.

Dr. Berenson's current research interests include leadership development, emotional intelligence, and predictors of success in online learning. Dr. Berenson's research is published in the International Review of Research in Open Distance Learning (IRRODL).

Dr. Berenson teaches a variety of courses in the graduate management program and is the program director for undergraduate and graduate management.
