Employer Letter Request

 

Congratulations on your recent graduation!

Let your employer know that you have recently earned a degree from our university! We are happy to send a letter to your employer on behalf of the President of American Public University System - just fill out the form below! We will expedite your request as soon as we receive the information requested below. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

An employer letter is ceremonial, not official. If you need official proof of graduation, please request a "Pending Graduation Verification Letter" through your online campus. You will find the link on the left-hand side of your online campus by selecting the "FORMS" link. For more information, please contact graduations@apus.edu.

Please note that the recipient's contact information will be used only to notify your employer of your accomplishment and to provide us with relevant information on where our graduates are employed.
