We believe in celebrating and recognizing our outstanding students, alumni, and faculty for their dedication to service, education, and their professional field. Six distinct awards recognize exceptional graduates and alumni members and are awarded on a yearly basis. Applications for the Distinguished Graduate Award, Education Award, Public Service Award, and the University Service Award are now being accepted. Deadline to apply is February 6, 2017.
The Distinguished Graduate Award recognizes exceptional graduates who have set themselves apart by making significant contributions to our nation or their community. The James P. Etter Creativity and Innovation Award recognizes an outstanding member of the APUS community for innovative and dedicated work that has inspired the APUS community.
The President’s Award recognizes a graduate who has set him- or herself apart from their classmates academically and has made significant contributions to his or her nation or community. Recognizing their commitment to service, scholastic achievement, outstanding character, and leadership.
