The Master of Science in Health Information Management (HIM) is designed for individuals with Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credentials. If you have already achieved your RHIA status, you can register for this master’s program and continue to build upon your leadership, critical thinking, communications, and problem-solving skills. This program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach that focuses on healthcare data as the foundation for organizational information and knowledge management systems, and emphasizes health data management, clinical and administrative decision-making, strategic planning, and outcomes management.
