MGMT604 - Organizational Crisis Management

This course is an overview of Organizational Crisis Management. Studies focus on a variety of aspects related to crisis management,
including public, defense, and leadership management in a crisis, communications, and strategic assessments of crises. The student will develop understanding of the choices leaders can make in a crisis, the appropriate forms of communication, both to the public and the media, and to one’s employees, and confidence building and reconciliation in international crises.
