Biography - Donna Joy

Donna Joy

Dr. Joy has been an educator for 25 years. She earned her BS degrees in Mathematics and Elementary Education from Towson University and her MS degrees in Experimental Psychology and Special Education from Towson and Johns Hopkins Universities, respectivily. Her PhD in Measurement, Research, Statistics and Evaluation is from Virginia Tech.
