Biography - Pamela Holstein-Wallace


Pamela Holstein-Wallace holds two Master of Science degrees; one from the School of Medicine in Community Health Education and one from the School of Journalism in Integrated Marketing Communication, both from West Virginia University. She is also the recipient of a graduate certificate in Health Care Administration from the School of Public Administration. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and is a member of Psi Chi, a National Honor Society in Psychology.

Professor Holstein-Wallace is employed as a Contractor with the Federal Emergency Management Agency Office of National Capital Region Coordination/National Continuity Programs in Washington, DC (2011- present). She has served as West Virginia's Homeland Security Region III Coordinator (2007-2011). She was VP of the Rotary Club of Charles Town, where she received Rotarian of the Year Award in 2003 and is currently on the Board of Directors for the local United Way of the Eastern Panhandle. She was a member of the senior leadership team of Jefferson Memorial Hospital, serving as Community Relations and Development Director. She worked in threat preparedness in public health on the local and regional level. She currently holds a Governor's appointment to the West Virginia Commission for National and Community Service .
