Lee Ostrom has 30 years of professional experience in risk analysis, ergonomics, human factors, and safety. He is currently the Director of Industrial Technology for the University of Idaho in Idaho Falls. He has performed risk assessments of nuclear, medical, military, and maintenance operations. He has taught courses on ergonomics, safety, project management, and industrial engineering topics. He has authored over 75 articles on ergonomic and safety topics and has authored a book entitled, Creating the Ergonomically Sound Workplace. He is a Certified Professional Ergonomist and a Certified Safety Professional. His has an Industrial Engineering Ph.D., specializing in Ergonomics, is from Texas Tech University.
