Matthew J Stork

Professor Matthew J. Stork is the Program Director of the Transportation and Logistics Management Department assigned to the School of Public Safety and Homeland Security. In addition to his duties as a Program Director, Professor Stork provides SME support to the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) as a Program Manager.

Matt's professional experience spans over 20 years in the field of military and civilian transportation, logistics, emergency and disaster management, fire science, tactical and strategic aeromedical evacuation, medical health services administration, and aerospace equipment management. Matt's broad background also includes critical work as a technical engineer and advisor for several leading airlines and package shipping corporations.

Matt is a Reserve Officer in the US Air Force, and is currently stationed at MacDill AFB, Florida.

His formal education includes attendance at Argosy University where he is working on his Doctorate. His other academic achievements include a Master of Science in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Technology and Education from Wayland Baptist University.
