Biography - David G Moore


Mr. Moore is the senior application architect for CYIOS Corporation in Washington, DC. His professional work focuses on human resource information systems (HRISs) and specifically, talent management for executive-level leadership in the military. He is currently leading efforts to introduce new data mining and decision support techniques to increase the effectiveness of senior talent utilization in the U.S. military. He holds a master's degree in computer science from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and is a candidate for the PhD degree in the same subject. He also holds certificates in culinary arts and bartending from Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) in Arnold, MD.

Mr. Moore's professional certifications include IEEE/CS Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP), PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS, .NET 3.5), CompTIA Security+, and National Restaurant Association responsible alcohol service and food safety.

In his spare time (what little he gets), Mr. Moore enjoys cooking, swimming, the theatre, traveling, and is an avid foodie. He never met a multi-course chef's tasting menu he didn't like and welcomes suggestions for new dining experiences!
