Biography - Susan J Hendry

Susan Hendry has over 15 years of experience in higher education, including online teaching, student loan marketing and financial aid administration. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Resources, from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. She received her Master of Business Administration with a marketing concentration from The University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida.

Susan’s career in higher education began when she was an undergraduate student and worked part-time in a financial aid office. After graduating, she spent several years in various administrative, sales and marketing roles before obtaining a position as a financial aid administrator. While working on her M.B.A., Susan chose to pursue a career in higher education marketing and gained experience marketing online products, services and business solutions to colleges and universities across the country.

Currently, Susan enjoys teaching general education and foundation courses. Her goal is to help students develop their online learning skills to better prepare them for academic and personal success.
