Biography - Amy L Peterson


Dr. Peterson is an Independent eLearning Professional who teaches for American Public University, Walden University, Colorado State University Global Campus, Ashford University, and Ozarks Technical Community College. She teaches Educational Technology Management, Business Writing, Adult Learning, Instructional Design and eLearning courses, is an experienced dissertation chair and doctoral comprehensive exam reader, and works as a content expert in the field of Adult Learning and Education. She serves as Program Coordinator and Lead Faculty, works with program alignment and assessment, HLC site visitation, and trains and mentors faculty. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of Education and has been teaching and developing online courses for the past 12 years. Her education includes a BA in Secondary Education – English and Psychology, a M.Ed. in Curriculum Development, and an Ed.D. in Educational Technology Management.
