Biography - Bernadette Kilcer


Ms. Bernadette Kilcer obtained her Bachelor’s degree while on active duty for the U.S. Navy completing the majority of her upper level work at San Diego State University with the final award of a B.S. Liberal Arts being granted by Excelsior College. She went on to obtain a M.S. E-Commerce from National University, a M.A. Homeland Security from American Military University (AMU) as well as capping it all with a graduate certificate also from AMU in Counter Terrorism Studies.

Currently employed by the Department of Defense, as a civilian employee, Ms. Kilcer has over 15 years of experience at the tactical and national level. Her experience includes civilian, contractor, and active duty positions spanning a wide array of geographic and topic specialties.

Ms. Kilcer is an avid horsewoman and board member at Thoroughbred Placement Resources, a 501(c)(3) charity specializing in retraining offtrack thoroughbreds.
