Biography - Donald J Dutko

Don Dutko is President and CEO of Performance Achievement Consulting, LLC a Training and Organizational Development (OD) company. The consulting firm specializes in leadership and management development, customer service, public speaking training and providing OD interventions that assist organizations in leveraging their human capital. Performance Achievement Consulting utilizes an Instructional System Development (ISD) approach to the design, development, and delivery of services that form a total performance solution. Clients that have benefited from Performance Achievement Consulting include county and city governments, technology manufacturing, pharmaceutical packaging, clinical trials, first responders, petroleum distribution and non-profit organizations.

Don has over 30 years experience in the training and OD profession. He held VP, director and senior management positions in the training and development profession in the US Air Force and public sector and has worked for Chrysler Financial, Bank of America, Wachovia Bank, and Lucent Technologies’ spin off-Agere Systems and V-SPAN.

Don served in the USAF for 23 years and retired as a CMSGT. While serving in the USAF; Don was assigned to the Aircraft Maintenance and professional development fields and was assigned responsibility to manage several academic institutions.

Don earned his Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland while on active duty in the US Air Force. He is a certified PQAS instructor and AchieveGlobal (Zenger-Miller) and Forum Corporation facilitator. He teaches on line and on campus in graduate and undergraduate courses for several universities.
