Career:
Dr. DeClerk currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards for a privately held company, leading a team with responsibilities for Compensation and Benefits worldwide. He has been teaching online as an adjunct faculty member since 2004 and has taught over 300 online courses.

Over the last 23 years, Dr. DeClerk has worked for McDonald’s, RadioShack, and Hilti. He has held a variety of roles including: Training Manager, Store Manager, District Manager, Manager of Retail Compensation, Divisional Total Rewards Director, and Director of Compensation and Benefits.

Fun Facts:
Dr. DeClerk is an avid technical/cave/recreational SCUBA diver and Master Instructor. He has certified hundreds of students to dive and loves to share the sport. He also frequently teaches CPR and emergency first response first aid courses. He and his spouse live in Lebanon, NH, where they are raising two very spoiled wiener dogs.
