Biography - Michael S Brown

Dr. Michael Brown has spent nearly 20 years working in the Information Technology field. He has worked for some well known organizations like Sun Microsystems and NASA. He also taught college classes for multiple universities.

He currently works for his own IT company, Valhalla Data Systems. Valhalla Data Systems provides a range of products and services for educational, commercial and government customers. Specializing in web based, component based, object based architectures, Valhalla Data Systems has provided consulting services for many large government agencies and Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Brown holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University. His dissertation was in Genetic Algorithms, an area of artificial intelligence. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Brown lives in Maryland outside of Washington DC.
