Dr. Robert Redding instructs in the Graduate Intelligence and National Security Studies at the American Public University.
His military experience includes assignments to Armored Cavalry and Special Forces units, as well as a tour in a security assistance office at a US Embassy in Europe. He has been working in geospatial and remote sensing technologies in both a civilian and military capacity since 1991.
Dr. Redding's education includes studies in geography and geospatial technologies, culminating in a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in International Development. His doctoral dissertation presented a study on how disaster decision makers used geospatial technologies to respond to the Asian tsunami.
