•Taught John Carroll University Army ROTC Freshmen Cadets the fundamental concepts and principles of military science;
•Demonstrated leadership and managerial potential by recruiting and retaining 100 plus Cadets within our ROTC program for the 4 years I was assigned as the Recruiting Operations Officer.
