Biography - Denise Outlaw

Dr. Outlaw received her Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from the University of Phoenix. She earned her Master’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to working as a faculty member, Dr. Outlaw gained Leadership and Business Consulting experience with a broad business background developed through progressive leadership and administrative experience in Human Resources, Management, Diversity, Business Consulting, Leadership Development and Talent Management. She acquired these experiences working in a variety of industries, including higher education, healthcare, waste management and chemical engineering.

On a personal note, Dr. Outlaw enjoys spending time with family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, bowling, community involvement, and exercising.
