Erica Willis enjoys facilitating and teaching both on-line and classroom courses. Erica currently works at a Fortune 500 Insurance and Financial Company as a member of management and does Consultant work part-time. Erica has over sixteen years of professional human resources, training administration, training development, and facilitation and customer service experience. Erica enjoys coaching, training and motivating students; helping students to achieve their educational and professional goals.
Erica received a Master of Business Administration degree from Troy University in December 2003 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in management and human resources in December 2000. Erica has received numerous certifications and awards of excellence in the fields of business management, training, and customer service. Erica is an active member of both the national and local chapter of Society Human Resources for Management (SHRM).
Erica is devoted to her community by performing several hours of volunteer service. Erica understands that volunteering is about giving your time, energy and skills freely. Erica feels that volunteering is very important because it brings together a diverse range of people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Erica has found that networking is an exciting benefit of volunteering because you can never tell who you will meet or what new information you will learn and what impact this could have on your life. Erica gives time, energy, effort and commitment to volunteering!!
