Biography - George M. Hale


Mr. Hale’s professional career spans four decades in Supply Chain Management. In addition to serving Third Party Logistics (3PL) for six (6) years, he worked thirty (30) years in the Manufacturing sector for three (3) Fortune 500 and three (3) Global 500 companies that manufactured products and distributed them worldwide.

Industries served include Computer Hardware and Software, Graphic Arts Equipment, Fluid Power, Consumer Electronics, Food, and Financial. Companies include NCR Corp., Baumfolder Corp., Parker-Hannifin Inc., NEC-Mitsubishi Corp., Nestle-Purina Pet Care, Kraft Foods, Inc.-Nabisco, DCL Corporation, Charles Schwab, Inc., McDonald’s Corporation, and Nutro Products, Inc.

Mr. Hale earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from East Tennessee State University (Johnson City, TN) and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Global Management from American InterContinental University (Atlanta, GA).

He earned a Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). He trained in Statistical Process Control (SPC- 6s Green Belt) through Governor’s State University (Chicago, IL), in Principles of Warehouse Sanitation through the American Institute of Baking (AIB – Manhattan, KS), and in Distribution Center Training through Silliker, Inc. (Atlanta, GA). He has been associated with the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC), Council of Logistics Management (CLM), and Women In Transportation (WIT).

He served Academia as an Adjunct Professor in the discipline of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix and Everest College. At Everest College, he was also the Academic Program Director/Department Chair in the School of Business and Accounting. At Westwood College, he was the Program Chair in the School of Business, directing program concentrations in Marketing Management, Management, Finance and Accounting, General Education, Construction Management, and Healthcare Management. At American Public University he served as Course Lead for Strategic Leadership, designing Lesson Lectures, Research Assignments, and Assessments. He has developed curricula in ACCSC, ACICS, and HLC Candidate schools.

While in the United States Air Force Security Service Mr. Hale served NSA intelligence gathering efforts in the NATO Theater. He was trained in the Czech Language at the Presidio of Monterey and functioned as a Voice Intercept Processing Specialist.

Mr. Hale,his wife, Amelia, and German Shepherd, BoDog, live in Alta Loma, CA.
