Retired from FBI in charge of Tactical Operations Support Center, a national resource available to multiple agencies that support high level surveillance operations.

Senior law enforcement and intelligence professional with extensive knowledge and experience in terrorism, counter-terrorism, and physical security matters. Formerly managed the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Tactical Operation Support Center (TOSC), a national resource utilized by law enforcement and intelligence agencies for the technical collection of evidence-intelligence and for providing physical/electronic security on FBI worldwide assets. Proven leadership track record demonstrated by succession of leadership posts and superior performance of programs. Developed critical partnerships with various local, state, and federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies. Collaborated with academia to further USG analytical capabilities and formerly managed the FBI Crisis Response Team, 1st team responders responsible for the implementation of command and control communication systems during a national/international crisis.
