Biography - Kelly L Reynolds


Kelly Reynolds, Education Instructor, holds a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Social Science Education. She has been teaching in the Hillsborough County School District for over nine years at the high school level. As department head of the Social Studies department at her school, she manages curriculum decisions and mentors new and struggling teachers at her school.

She has taught online history classes at the high school level for three years in addition to traditional classes on campus. She has worked with many preservice teachers during their final internships and enjoys helping them become tomorrow's educators.


Kelly is a native of Tampa, Florida. Over the past eight years she has worked with a group of professors at The University of South Florida (USF) in a group called the Global Schools Project. Their mission is to provide training and education to teachers that helps them globalize their curriculum and provide their students with a global experience in every class they take. USF Global Schools Project has provided training opportunities for Haitian and Dominican teachers to study on campus and return to their respective countries with new knowledge and pedagogy.
