Biography - Michelle J Hill


Ms. Hill has an extensive professional background and over 20 years experience in various fields, including - training and organizational development, non profit management and teaching. Her bachelor’s degree is in Human Services from the University of Miami, and she has a master’s in Applied Behavioral Science from Johns Hopkins University. Much of her career has been in Human Resources Management, specifically Training and Organizational Development. Ms. Hill headed up the Management/Leadership Development and Organizational Development (OD) Department for several organizations in various industries, including data processing, banking and health care. She was also a consultant for some time and assisted clients such as Alamo Rent-A-Car, Arby’s Inc. and The Miami Visitors and Convention Bureau. In 2001 Ms. Hill siezed an opportunity to run a non-profit organization which focused on service learning for high school students. She has also been teaching at the University level for over 5 years. Some of the many courses she has taught include, psychology, behavioral science, organizational behavior, supervision and leadership, human resources management and academic strategies. Ms. Hill also enjoys spending time with her family, working out, photography, and the study of human behavior.
