Biography - Hoke S Reed


Mr. Reed received a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland University College in May of 1997. He received his MS in Organization Leadership with a concentration in Leadership and Management from Regis University in December of 2009.

Mr. Reed has over 25 years experience in the Intelligence Community and the U.S. Army including 20 plus years with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). During his career at the Agency, Mr. Reed has served many roles. Currently, he serves as a Legislative Liaison Officer in the Office of Congressional Affairs.

Mr. Reed served four years as a 98-Hotel, Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence, Morse Intercept Specialist in the U.S. Army. After leaving active duty, Mr. Reed continued to serve in the U.S. Army reserves until 2005.

Mr. Reed and his family call Northern Virginia home and spend most of their free time involved in various sporting activities with their children--one daughter who plays collegiate volleyball and another who is a HS and club volleyball player.
