Biography - Brett Legault

Hello, my name is Brett Legault. I was born and raised in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Haverhill borders the south eastern tip of New Hampshire. Even though I still currently reside in Haverhill, I did get to see outside the center of the universe. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire at Plymouth, earning my B.S. in Business Management with a Minor in Mathematics, I decided I needed to get out of the cold. I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada for three years and put some footsteps into San Diego, California for six months. After leaving San Diego I decided I needed to travel to Europe and explore over there for a few months. What an amazing experience! I was fortunate enough to experience several countries and absorb all different types of cultures. After returning from my travels I followed in my father’s footsteps and became a high school math teacher. I recently received a M.A. in Teaching Mathematics from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. For the past ten years I have been teaching mathematics and coaching wrestling at Haverhill High School. On a personal note, I have been married for just over two years to my wife Liza, have a two year old Golden Retriever named Auburn, and a ten month old boy named Camden. My ideal vacation is on the beach. My passion is teaching. I am excited about working with you and meeting you all!
