Biography - Carlo Tannoury

Hello – My name is Carlo Tannoury and I am an online faculty member. I’ve worked in the computer industry for over 15 years. My latest responsibility was Lead Consultant/Engineer overseeing corporate training, supervising staff, managing projects, and supporting Network, Security, DB, VPN, RF, WAN, Apps and Info systems for numerous organizations in different states. I have had the opportunity to consult for both private and public sectors to include over a hundred corporations and Fortune500 companies and all military branches.

I hold degrees in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Systems and Security, and Business Communication in addition to dozens of valid industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Isaca, IIC and CompTIA. I, like you, had the opportunity to take online courses as a student.

My life is dedicated to education and knowledge. I love teaching and have taught at numerous universities both online and onsite for the last 9 years. I have learned the differentiated instruction style during my training at the US Department of Education.

I enjoy swimming, free diving, boating, watching good movies, and sports in general. I like marathon, duathlon, and triathlon challenges as well.
