Biography - Andrew D Miller


Andrew Miller is a career intelligence officer and Latin American Foreign area officer. He has served in a range of Air Force, Joint, National Guard, and homeland security intelligence, counter-intelligence, and force protection assignments. Miller is currently the director of a non-traditional transnational crime and narcotics/homeland security production element of a national intelligence agency and a cyber intelligence plans and programs officer in the Air National Guard.
Miller teaches courses in counter-intelligence, information operations, intelligence ethics, homeland security intelligence, regional threat analysis, and asymmetric threat analysis.
Miller holds a MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, an MA in Homeland Security Studies from the Center for Homeland Defense and Security at Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey California, in addition to a Juris Doctorate from the Seattle University School of Law.
