Biography - Brian P Kelly

Brian’s professional and teaching experience is varied and includes: criminal justice, intelligence, and homeland security. Brian’s full time employment is with the Department of Homeland Security. He is a retired Army Reserve Officer and served in a variety of field and staff positions both on active duty and in the reserves. He has served on Senior Staffs as a civilian and multiple agencies. Brian’s background also includes spending five years working in the private sector as the Director of Operations for a large government security contractor. He has a Masters of Science degree in Strategic Intelligence and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Brian has also completed dozens of national security training courses.
