Biography - Todd C Wiggen


LCDR Todd C. Wiggen, M.S., C.A.G.S.

Todd Wiggen is a US Coast Guard officer currently assigned to the 13th Coast Guard District in Seattle, Washington. He previously served as the Branch Chief for the Coast Guard Intelligence Training Branch. As such, Mr. Wiggen was responsible for curriculum development of all intelligence training as well as serving as the senior instructor. He taught courses on interviewing, debriefing, behavioral assessment, and collections, among other topics. During his time with the Coast Guard, Mr. Wiggen has extensive experience in law enforcement intelligence, force protection and counter-drug operations. During previous tours, he was responsible for the implementation of two field intelligence teamsand has done extensive liaison work with a multitude of agencies, including federal, state and local law enforcement, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and the Dutch, British, French and Colombian Navies.

Mr. Wiggen holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Homeland Security Policy and Leadership from Northcentral University, a Masters Degree in Strategic Intelligence with a concentration in Human Resources Intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College, a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Idaho focused on Counseling and Education, undergraduate degrees in Government and Speech Communications from Eastern Washington University and an Associates of Applied Science in Intelligence Operations from Cochise College. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Homeland Security.

Mr. Wiggen lives in Washington with his wife and son. He is an avid motorcyclist and founder of the Brothers In Arms Motorcycle Club, an all military organization.
