Biography - Gary B Stroud


Dr. Gary Stroud

Dr.Stroud spent over twenty years in the corporate business world. He started his business career with Johnson & Johnson in their Human Resources department. He played an active role in the development of the manufacturing Maquiadora relationship on the U.S. /Mexican border. He had responsibility for Human Resources at manufacturing plants in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Canada, and England. Stroud served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Freshwater Human Resource Consulting and Recruiting firm. He also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources in two Fortune 200 health care companies. Stroud is the author of several articles and developer of presentations on business ethics, merger and acquisitions, leadership and succession planning. Stroud currently teaches Human Resources and does business consulting through out the United States. He is married and has three children. He is an avid runner and loves to travel.
