Kenneth Eward received his M.A. in Physiology & Cellular Biophysics from Columbia University (’91) and B.A. from Kenyon College (’89). Ken has worked as a scientific illustrator and educational multimedia developer since 1993. Much of his work centers at the intersection of science, education and art. Past projects have included such diverse topics as exploring the interior of a human cell, studying the muscular efficiency of Olympic athletes through MRI, and the three-dimensional mapping of the Milky Way galaxy. Ken and his wife Rosemary live on a hobby farm in the Lansing, Michigan area, where they tend a small flock of Shetland sheep.
