Biography - Katherine E Hyatt

I completed my Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Georgia in Business Management. While working full-time, I completed my Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University with a specialization in Finance. I completed part of this program online. Also, while working full-time, I completed a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program in Management at Nova Southeastern University. My dissertation was on Leadership and Employee Perceived Organizational Support. I am also a current member of the Academy of Management.

I have worked in the banking industry in progressively higher positions and left banking as a Financial Accounting Officer to pursue a career in education at the college level. I have served as a part-time adjunct Business Office Technology instructor, full-time instructor in both the Business Office Technology and the Management and Supervisory Development programs. I am also an Assistant Professor of Business. I have taught day, evening, and online courses. I have also served as Director of Student Services for a technical College. I currently reside in Georgia.
