Biography - Lisa C Glass

Lisa Glass received her undergraduate degree in Family, Child and Consumer Sciences from Florida State University (Go Noles!). While working with Military Veterans at the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital in Tampa, Florida, she pursued her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of South Florida. Over the last 10 years, Lisa has served in many capacities helping children, adults and families. Her current role is working as a School Social Worker in Sarasota County. Lisa’s hobbies include coaching high school swimming, scuba diving, bike riding and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband, Rich, reside in Sarasota, Florida with their daughter and two dogs. Lisa is hoping to use her personal and professional insights to assist APUS students in obtaining their academic goals.
