Biography - Angela R Parham

Dr. Angela R. Parham is a Professor of Civilian Education at the Army Management Staff College. She holds an A.B. in Political Science from University of Georgia, an M.P.A. from Troy State University, and a Ph.D. in Political Science from Howard University. Dr. Parham has over seventeen years government service in the following areas, finance, research, program development, and teaching.
